No meditation, no Ashrams, no Masters. Part 2. I can open an Ashram. But if I open an Ashram, I would always be teaching people to understand what kind of life to live: not a life based on meditation, but from daily life, from working meditation, from learning some skill. And later, when you leave this school, you will be able to go and take care of yourself. First, you can earn money; first you can help yourself, then you can understand how to take care of yourself. This is important. But if you don’t do this, and always prefer to do meditation, Vipassana, some therapy-group or some game … ok, you pay money, but it is just a game. And then later, your mind becomes more full of illusions. You want to get enlightened, you want to get love, you want to get understanding … it is not possible using this way outside yourself. You need to turn inwards, turn to yourself. Because your body is your Ashram: if you don’t take care of this Ashram, your body, no one else will be able to take care of you. 不知道瘋仔待續下文。
